BANGLADESH EXECUTES LEADER OF ISLAMIST PARTY
Bangladesh on Wednesday executed Islamist party chief Motiur Rahman Nizami, convicted of war crimes in 1971 during the country's war of independence.Motiur Rahman Nizami: Bangladeshi Islamist leader hanged An Islamist leader has been hanged in Bangladesh for crimes during the war of independence from Pakistan in 1971. Motiur Rahman Nizami, 73, was executed early on Wednesday (local time), Law Minister Anisul Haq confirmed. He had been convicted of genocide, rape and torture. Nizami had led Bangladesh's largest Islamist party, Jamaat-e-Islami. Hundreds of people gathered near his prison in the capital Dhaka to celebrate the hanging. Nizami was the fifth and highest-ranked opposition leader to be executed since December 2013 for war crimes.

FREAK TORNADO SENDS 9 YEAR OLD GIRL FLYING WATCH VIDEO NEWS
The weather caused strong winds, sweeping away jackets and bags along with other debris. Students were forced to flee for cover while the tornado struck at 4:25pm. They were gathering for a school sports day event. The students lay down flat to avoid being picked up by the wind. Teachers were on hand to help calm down the students.In the footage, a young girl can be seen being thrown into the air a couple of metres high. Li Jiaqi was reportedly the only victim in the incident. She was rushed to hospital after the strong winds came to a halt. She is said to have suffered minor injuries and was discharged later that day. According to reports, Guazhou has suffered several freak storms recently including a sandstorm which covered the county with dust and sand in just 10 minutes. -
Korean language exam form distribution begins
The examination form distribution for the Test Proficiency in Korean (TOPIK) language, for aspirant Nepali workers for Korean jobs under the Employment Permit System (EPS), has begun from Wednesday. The aspiring candidates for Korean jobs should submit their forms on April 27-30. The TOPIK language, for aspirant Nepali workers for Korean jobs under the Employment Permit System (EPS), has been scheduled for June 18 and 19. The candidates who pass the Korean exam will be vying for jobs in manufacturing and agricultural sectors for the year 2017.The TOPIK exam will be conducted in Kathmandu and Pokhara. According to EPS Section Director Dilli Ram Bastola, the forms can be submitted at five different places in the Kathmandu Valley and five other centers outside the valley -- Butwal, Pokhara, Dharan, Janakpur and Dadeldhura. The candidates who pass TOPIK will be registered in the roaster of workers for South Korea and later will be shortlisted according to employer's demand. The Korean government had opened 7,100 worker positions for agriculture and manufacturing sectors for 2016.

Five people sentence 10 years jail in murderof Mohamed Alam , Jitpur Bhawanipur Bara
According to the police, Bipin Yadav aka Mohammad Fahad, who was arrested on January 1, following the shooting of Aftaf Alam Ansari at Jitpur Bhawanipur VDC-3 in Bara, is the same person who shot Faizan. In 2011, Fahad entered Nepal via the Sunauli border with plans for the murder that were set after deliberation of over for two months.In a statement recorded by the police recently, Fahad said he was given blood money by Babloo Sriwastav. Sriwastav, who is said to be the notorious Dawood Ibrahim’s henchman, has been imprisoned in Lucknow for life on the charges of an earlier murder. There were others involved too. Fahad and Akram were friends in Aligad, India, and had also been accomplice while they were working in New Delhi. Two days before the incident, Fahad checked into a Kalanki hotel. There he met Aditya Pal aka Gargi and Sartaj who were introduced by Akram. Fahad got IRs 18,000 from Akram. The next day, Fahad met Akram in Ratnapark and explained the details about the murder and gave him the identity of Faizan. During the shooting, they were assisted by taxi driver Dhan Bahadur Ale Magar who dropped them off to Ghantaghar and then later left them at Bhadrakali. Fahad said that among the four, Pal and Sartaj had kept their eye on the police while the two shot him from point-blank range. Ale Magar is in jail for his involvement.

New reports have also emerged ultimately blaming Devyani. They say to placate his parents, Dipendra had agreed to their plan for him to marry another girlfriend and keep Devyani as a mistress. But Devyani reportedly rejected that plan.
Devyani is now in hiding in Europe, and refusing to come home. Without her presence, many questions remain unanswered.
Shortly after the carnage, the new king opened a two-member official commission to understand what happened.
This is a timeline of events, based on what the commission found:
7:30 p.m.: His Royal Highness Crown Prince Dipendra arrives at the locale of a regularly scheduled family gathering.
He plays billiards by himself for some time in the palace billiard room, and drinks one or two pegs of Famous Grouse whisky.
8:00 p.m.: Dipendra leaves the area and heads to pick up the Queen Mother to take her to the gathering. They return, and the Queen Mother stops to talks to Princess Helen Shaha in a small chamber east of the billiard hall. The crown prince returns to the billiards room.
8:12 p.m.: The crown prince talks to Devyani Rana for 1 minute l4 seconds, according to telecommunications records.8:19 p.m.: The crown prince calls an aide by mobile phone to get him some cigarettes. They are "a special kind of cigarette prepared with a mixture of hashish and another unnamed black substance as per an order." The aide gives them to Prince Paras to give to the crown prince.Several people see the crown prince in the billiards room "swaying, unable to hold himself upright." There is suspicion that the prince was drunk from the whiskey, and four guests, including Prince Nirajan and Prince Paras help him to his room.
8.25 p.m.: Rana calls the prince's aides after speaking with him. She says she noticed his speech was slurred, and urged his aides to check on him.
The crown prince's aides reach his room and find him prone on the ground trying to undo the clothing on the upper part of his body. They help him take off the clothing and he goes to the bathroom.

Naughty boy gets head stuck in plastic water pipe
A 5-year-old boy got his head stuck in a plastic water pipe while playing with it on Monday in Fenghua city, Zhejiang Province. The naughty boy’s dangerous act happened after he was ignored by his parents while playing with the pipe. They had no choice but to send the boy to the local fire station to be set free. Firefighters needed half an hour to ease the mischievous boy’s head out of the pipe, resorting to using pliers and an electric grinder to free him.
One of the firefighters told fairytales to the boy to take his mind away from the sticky situation while he was being rescued. The boy’s face and mouth were left swollen after he finally got out of the pipe. Local firefighters reminded parents to pay more attention to their children’s safety and to supervise them carefully.

SLC begins across country today
Proxy students attending this year’s School Leaving Certificate (SLC) examinations would face stern action. One taking the exams scheduled to be held from March 31 to April 8 for genuine students would face a fine of up to Rs 100,000 each or an imprisonment of up to six months or both. This action comes against the backdrop of reports of proxy students making it to exam centres and taking the exams for others across the country. The information was shared at a press conference organised by the District Education Office, Jhapa at Birtamod on Tuesday.Addressing the conference, District Education Officer Dilli Ram Luitel said that those flouting the exam norms and committing illegal activities would be fined up to Rs 100,000 or face a sentence of up to six months or both under the Education Act 2028 and Education Regulations 2059. Meanwhile, a total 16,979 students are sitting for the exams this year and a total of 52 exam centres have been designated across the district. Luitel said that all preparations for the exams are over and answer sheets have been sent to all the exam .
